FAQ
Connecting things, answered.
Do I have to use WordPress?
No. WordPress unlocks one-click publishing and the plugin, but every other integration — GA4, Search Console, Slack, Looker, the API and the MCP server — works regardless of your CMS. Agent Analytics collectors run on any stack.
Is connecting GA4 and Search Console safe?
Yes. Both connect through Google OAuth — you grant read access, revoke it anytime, and Viali never sees your password. Data refreshes daily and is used only to classify AI referrals and power demand gaps.
What can the MCP server do?
It lets you query your visibility data from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client in plain language — brands, per-model visibility, competitors, source gaps and prompts — without opening a dashboard.
What are the edge collectors for?
Tracking AI crawlers when you can't use the WordPress plugin. Copy-paste snippets for Cloudflare, Vercel and Netlify, or a raw log shipper — fail-open, dependency-free and revocable.
