What counts as a citation? +

Any source an engine leans on to build its answer — a listicle, a review site, a Reddit thread, a competitor's page. Viali captures the actual URLs, classifies them by type, and shows which ones keep shaping the answers about you.

Why does the source matter more than my own site? +
