Terms of Service

The short version: pay for what you use, don’t abuse the service, your data stays yours, and we report observations — we can’t promise what an AI engine will say.
The service
Viali monitors how AI engines respond to queries about brands, provides analysis and recommendations, and — where you connect publishing integrations — helps you draft and publish changes you approve.
Trials and billing
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe; extra brands prorate from the day you add them. Cancel anytime from the app; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your content and data
Brand configurations, drafts and published content are yours. You grant us the license needed to process them to provide the service — nothing more. Export and deletion are self-serve.
Acceptable use
Don’t resell raw scan data, probe other customers’ data, use the service to defame competitors or manipulate engines with fabricated claims, or exceed documented API limits by circumvention.
AI outputs and accuracy
Engine answers vary by day, locale and phrasing. We report what we observe, with freshness and confidence attached. We do not guarantee any particular visibility outcome, and drafted content should be reviewed by a human before publication — the product is built to require exactly that.
Our IP
The software, scoring methodologies and documentation are ours. The WordPress plugin is GPLv2 and follows its own license.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. No consequential damages; no liability for decisions third-party AI engines make.
Termination
You can leave anytime; export first, then delete. We may suspend accounts for material breach, with notice and a chance to cure where practical.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. If a term is unenforceable, the rest survive.
